Eli Toviawou

I am originally from Togo. A Small French-speaking country of about 04 times the size of Minnesota, and located in west Africa, and I moved here for study about 2 years ago.

Who is your hero?

My parents are. My Dad is a very hopeful and upright person, and my Mum the most brilliant and intelligent women that I know. Both are an amazing life testimony for me.

What do you aspire to?

I aspire to be my best self in any situation life throws at me. I believe that we are all have been given the power to accomplish whatever it is that we want. I believe that talent is overrated and that anything is possible to person who believes.

What are you most hopeful for?

I am hopeful for my Country and for peace in the world.

What will your legacy be?

I would like to be remembered for the inspiration and hope that I installed in people.

What is the most important thing for us to know about you?

I am not a perfect being. I am emotional and I make lots of mistakes, what I am fine with. My point is to make them fast, recognize it and move on. I am funny 90% of the time and get along with everybody. I believe I am gifted at driving people with me upon a vision or a simple idea. I am a peacemaker and very slow to anger. And finally I am a stubborn in a good way, therefore I would not give up on my dreams.

How can the Cathedral be your biggest cheerleader?

I need to know if I am doing something wrong, that way I can develop a successful habit of success. In another word, I would be interested in a mentoring opportunity with the Cathedral.
