This is held in the Community Room. The instructor-led class will include the following:
- Health and Safety Precautions
- Recognizing Emergencies and Gaining Confidence to Act
- Emergency Action Steps
- Checking a Person Who Appears Unresponsive
- Adult CPR and AED
- Pediatric CPR and AED
- Choking
- Sudden Illness
- Life-Threatening Bleeding
- Injuries and Environmental Emergencies
- Use of Naloxone for the Treatment of a Known or Suspected Opioid Overdose Emergency
