DIRECT SERVICES
The only miracle to appear in all four Gospels is the feeding of the multitudes, which tells us that food and hospitality is close to God’s heart. As part of our historic relationship with the ever-changing Loring Park neighborhood, Saint Mark’s offers several opportunities to practice hospitality and feed the people of God.

BAGGED LUNCH MINISTRY
Bagged lunch materials are procured through Saint Mark’s and through other congregations and are assembled at Saint Mark’s for distribution at Saint Mark’s on select weekdays and at Minneapolis College, a nearby community college and mission partner, also on select weekdays. If you are interested in being part of this ministry, either in helping to make sandwiches, assembling lunches, or distributing lunches, please contact The Rev. Lowell Johnson, Deacon.
SUNDAY NIGHT SUPPER
Sunday Night Supper is an evening community meal held at St. Mark’s on the second Sunday of the month as part of a rotating feeding and hospitality ministry between other downtown churches. If you are interested in volunteering to help prepare, cook, serve, clean up, please contact Dr. Arlene Goter.
For questions concerning ways to serve at Saint Mark’s,
please contact Brother Columba Maynus or The Reverend Rena Turnham
