Sunday, November 2 — Episcopal Visitation of Bishop Loya

Craig Loya Bishop

On Sunday, November 2, we will joyfully welcome The Right Reverend Craig Loya, Bishop of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota, for his Episcopal Visitation to Saint Mark’s Cathedral.

Bishop Loya will preach, preside, and baptize, sharing in the life and spirit of our Cathedral community. His presence among us is always a source of deep encouragement and grace.

Between the morning services, the Bishop will join us at the 9:30 am Forum to support the inspired work of the Dean’s Search Committee. This is a wonderful opportunity to be together in conversation and prayer as we continue discerning our next season of leadership and mission.

You are invited to be part of this special Sunday of celebration, renewal, and hope. Let us gather with joy and gratitude for the ministry we share and for the faithful leadership of our Bishop in this moment of grace for the Cathedral and the wider Church.

Almighty and everliving God,
we give you thanks for the ministry of our Bishop, Craig,
and for his faithfulness in shepherding your people in Minnesota.
Strengthen him with wisdom, courage, and joy
as he leads us in the way of Christ’s love.
Grant that, together with him,
we may be united in heart and purpose,
proclaiming your kingdom of peace and grace
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
