Racial Equity & Justice Summer Opportunity: Indigenous Allyship

Join other Cathedral members in understanding issues important to Indigenous communities. Many Native nations control just a small percentage of their original land base. More than 90 million acres of Indigenous land came into the hands of the federal government during the so-called “Allotment Era.” A free Zoom webinar, sponsored by the Twin Cities Native Governance Center, will discuss the allotment policy’s history, modern-day implications for Native nations, and highlight ongoing strategies Native nations are using.
After registering, you’ll receive an email with Zoom access details from the NGC. They also plan to broadcast the event live on Facebook if Zoom spots run out.
