Instructed Eucharist on Sunday, July 30
Sunday, July 30 | 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services
At both services on Sunday, July 30, we’re offering an Instructed Eucharist. This is an opportunity to worship as you might usually, but with the help of some extra teaching materials. Our liturgies are wonderful instruments for both worship and formation. An Instructed Eucharist intends to respect the integrity of the rite itself without interrupting or overshadowing what we are there to do—worship.
However, the content itself highlights the principal actions taking place during worship and the reasons why we do them. It also explains the elements, many of which are confusing for new and experienced Episcopalians. We’ll also be debuting a fun resource for families, and anyone else who might want to use them!
If you have questions, please reach out to Rev. Siri Hustad or Rev. Bryan Bliss.
