Banners: A Celebration of Liturgical Textile Art – through February 15

"Banners and Flags are, in the truest sense, a celebration art form. They are strong, simple graphic statements in cloth, created to commemorate special events in our lives, to identify a common cause symbolically, and to communicate to others something that has important meaning for us. They are a visual catalyst to involvement - the carrier of the message, a bold splash of color, symbol, shape, metallic sparkle, and shine - that stirs people to respond with joyous festivity or, sometimes, with thoughtful somber ceremony."
