Somatic Euphoria – An Evening of Reflection, Resonance and Connection!

Introduction
You are warmly Invited to join in an evening of reflection, resonance and embodied connection. Somatic Euphoria is a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic journey that invites participants into expanded states of awareness through the body—without substances.
This particular journey is held within a living soundscape, guiding participants beyond the thinking mind and into direct relationship with breath, body, and the more-than-human world.
The breathwork session is accompanied by an immersive, live-mixed soundtrack created by mycologist and sound artist Ben Kingsley and Colombian composer Juanito Vargas, woven from field recordings gathered in the Adirondacks during the summer of 2025.
Echolocating bats, beavers at work, wind moving through forest canopies, waves on stone, and the steady pulse of fire form an elemental sonic environment that supports deep grounding, nervous system regulation, and a felt sense of belonging within the living world.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and allow breath and sound to guide you into embodied presence.
