Twin Cities Pride March with Saint Mark’s
June 30 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Come march with Episcopal Church in Minnesota (ECMN) in the Twin Cities Pride March! The Saint Mark’s contingent will muster from 10-10:15am in the parking lot at Saint Mark’s and walk to the March’s starting point on Nicollet Mall. We’ll be joined by other Episcopal churches from around the area, and, as is our custom, we’ll share a simple Eucharist at the march starting point (with everyone around welcome to join us). Let us know at lgbtq@ourcathedral.org if you can join us so that we can send you more detail closer to the march.
The March ends at Loring Park; you’re invited to filter back through the Festival to our lawn to relax and hang out with fellow Episcopalians (and Festival go-ers) until the 4pm Pride Worship Service.
The above infographic has more details on the march. Please note that, while we have been told slot #48, that is subject to change up to the day of the event. Keep an eye on your email during Pride weekend as that’s where we will send notice if there is a last-minute change to our slot in the Pride March. Please RSVP so that we know to expect you and can communicate any changes.
Note: The march route is about a mile long, and it is sometimes very warm out. Dress wisely, and bring your water and sunscreen.
Twin Cities Pride Festival is a CELEBRATION of the LGBTQ+ Community and ALL LGBTQ+ people and allies are welcome!
That afternoon, St. Mark’s doors will be wide open to Loring Park, where the Pride celebration takes place, and all are invited to participate in the annual Twin Cities Pride worship service.
