Garden Love – Planting

On Tuesday, April 23, three Saint Markans and three Hennepin County Master Gardeners cleaned up the pollinator gardens, weeded early weeds and spread mulch on the gardens. The daffodils and prairie smoke are in bloom. Other pollinator plants are just starting to sprout.
The next garden work day will be Tuesday, May 21, 1 to 3pm. We will plant 41 native plants donated to the garden by Hennepin County Master Gardeners. Three Master Gardeners will be on hand to help congregation volunteers plant the donated plants. Home gardening questions are welcome whenever we are working on the garden. All are welcome to come and help.
